Activities CoordinatorAndover Manor Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full-time Activities Coordinator for our memory care program.If you're creative, compassionate, and enjoy making a difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to have you join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to help create meaningful experiences while enhancing the quality of life for our residents.What You'll DoPlan and lead engaging daily activities for residentsEncourage participation through group and one-on-one programsAssist in developing activities tailored to residents' interests and abilitiesFoster a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environmentWork collaboratively with the care team to promote resident well- beingQualificationsSocial, recreational, activities experience of at least two years required this experience must be within the last 5 yearsPrior experience working with seniors requiredDegree in Recreation or previous experience as a Recreation Assistant or Activities Director preferredPositive, outgoing, and compassionate personalityStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitaskCompensation & Benefits$45,000 per yearFull-time positionMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Direct hire opportunityJoin Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing and help create meaningful moments for our residents every day.
