What You’ll Do Analyze and scope software requirements, including functional and non‑functional aspects, to align with business objectives. Design scalable, maintainable software components using appropriate architecture and design patterns. Develop, configure, and maintain high‑quality code adhering to coding standards and security policies. Conduct thorough code reviews and debugging to ensure reliability and performance. Create and execute test cases to validate software functionality and identify defects. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to monitor application performance and implement continuous integration and delivery practices. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring timely regression testing and root cause analysis. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 – $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock Minimum Qualifications Option1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
