Process Quality Analyst

Position Overview As a Process Quality Analyst, you are responsible for planning, compliance and monitoring functions within a facility. This role is expected to act as an advisor and work hand in hand with the facility Director, Operations. This role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to day-to-day and long-term strategic operational planning, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and internal controls, leading initiatives to positively impact bottom-line costs through compliance, cost analysis, root cause analysis, creation of action plans, driving desired results, and ensuring they are sustained. Job Description Salary: $85,000-$100,000 Depending on experience Responsibilities Perform all duties of a Process Quality Analyst including but not limited to: Lead facility’s strategic planning activities including quarterly future states, forecasts, annual budgets, and holiday planning. Lead all reporting to include IC and headcount time and attendance. Manage teams to include Payroll Specialist, Warehouse Administrator and Discipline Coordinator. Continuously observe, seek opportunities, and initiate improvement programs to lead the facility to operational excellence. Monitor and measure the results of the established programs. Create and maintain successful cross‑functional partnerships by working jointly with the DO to eliminate obstacles detrimental to program success. Manage consistent follow‑up to ensure results are sustained. Lead facility startups, transitions, and business changes from a planning perspective. Conduct analysis using the PQM toolbox to support plans. Maintain facility‑staffing reports such as long‑term staffing and terms and transfers with high accuracy. Conduct audits to ensure information integrity. Work with Ops and HR to determine hiring plans and monitor compliance. Participate in staffing and senior leadership meetings, report and educate Ops on KPI trends. Cultivate partnership with the facility DO. Advise the DO on action plans and specific steps to improve. Lead facility management and supervision through proper execution of corporate policies and programs, aligning with corporate goals. Establish and administer periodic evaluations to examine performance on policy adherence. Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols by driving facility compliance, ensuring regular self‑audits, and resolving issues. Conduct monthly compliance audits and report results to the DO and leadership team. Use operational knowledge and partners to identify issues, determine root causes, and formulate improvement actions. Drive development and documentation of SOPs for areas not covered by existing corporate policies or needing additional protocols. Consult with corporate area experts to ensure compliance. Assist with implementation. Serve as the facility’s sole resource for establishing or revising corporate policies and procedures, ensuring facility needs are considered. Generate scorecards illustrating facility key quality indicators with quarterly and weekly trends, and interpret these for the DO. Provide regular reporting and updates, including weekly warehouse cost projections versus actuals, spelling out misses and variances, and a complete P&L breakdown to the DO. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI information to the DO and Ops team. Interpret results, raise red flags, and propose solutions. Provide leadership with critical information to advance compliance with corporate protocols, emphasizing expense reduction. Act as point person for salary new hires, planning onboarding schedules, system access, and equipment. Maintain collaboration with other Process Quality Managers to share and adapt best practices. Review and approve expense requests under $5,000, allocate correctly within the P&L, and stay within weekly, monthly, and quarterly budgets. Perform all other duties as assigned. Special Skills: Ability to analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities. Years Of Experience Three or more years of experience in operations management and hands‑on warehouse experience highly desired.
