Job Position: Welder
Location: WACO, TX 76712 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Shift: 1ST Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM Work Week: 4-Day Work Week (Enjoy your Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!) + Mandatory Overtime when production peaksWe are hiring skilled, reliable MIG Welders to join a top manufacturing production line in Waco. Run hard for 4 days, earn great pay with heavy overtime potential, and get your Fridays back. What You'll Do:
Production Welding: Wire-feed MIG welding on carbon and stainless-steel assemblies across flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
Fit-Up & Fab: Use jigs, clamps, drift pins, and turnbuckles to secure and square assemblies before tacking and final pass.
Blueprint Reading: Work directly from blueprints, process sheets, and precision measuring tools.
Shop Equipment: Operate overhead cranes, hoists, grinders, plasma cutters, and cutting torches safely on the floor. What We're Looking For:
1+ year of production MIG (GMAW) welding experience.
Must pass an on-site practical hands-on weld test and written assessment.
Ability to pass a standard pulmonary function test.
Solid work ethic, reliable transportation, and an outstanding attendance record.
