Required Skills:

• Valid Louisiana PT license (must be in hand)
• BLS certification
• Proven experience with EPIC and Rehab Connect platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehab or acute care environment
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Additional certifications in specialized therapies or rehabilitation techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or BPT preferred)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in inpatient rehabilitation

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating start times (7 AM or 8 AM shifts)
• Committed to providing high-quality patient care in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Willingness to attend team conferences and participate in documentation and administrative tasks
