This Regional Property Manager position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at our Eastern offices (Utica, Albany, Rome, Oneonta, Richmondville, Johnstown). Salary range is $60,000-$68,000/yr. Oversees and directs operations of an assigned current portfolio of up to 500 multi-family units within scattered-site affordable and supportive housing projects throughout NY state. Provides ongoing support to all site level staff in multiple rental offices.
