This 12-week ICU nursing position allows you to immerse yourself in a leading acute care setting, expanding your clinical skills and collaborating with a diverse, expert clinical team. Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation included
• Occasional floating to similar units as aligned with facility needs

What We're Looking For:

• 1 year of recent ICU RN experience (2 years preferred)
• Current SC or Compact RN license in hand before start date
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
• Flexibility to float within ICU or between similar units
• Must be able to commit to entire assignment; RTO must be agreed upon in advance

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, compassionate care to critical care patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in a 276-bed acute care facility
• Utilize Epic for documentation and charting
• Maintain standards of care and adapt to changing patient needs
