New Gateways, Inc. is looking for a caring, dependable individual to join our team as a Caregiver. In this role, you will support adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a structured day program setting, helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and wants to make a positive impact every day.

As a Caregiver, you’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that prioritizes dignity, safety, and growth for the people we serve. We offer consistent daytime hours, strong benefits, and opportunities to develop your skills and advance within the organization.

What We Offer

Monday–Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)
$17.13/hour starting pay

Key Responsibilities

Assist adults with daily living skills and personal care
Support community inclusion and structured activities
Work collaboratively in a team/classroom environment
Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging setting
Drive a company vehicle as needed

Requirements:

Ability to pass a criminal background check
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Comfort assisting with adult total personal care
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
