Client Experience CoordinatorLocation:Winston-Salem, NC Schedule:Full-Time | Office-BasedSalary:$45,000–$52,000 annuallySchedule: 8AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday, 8-2PM Friday Looking for a polished, organized, and service-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers while supporting daily administrative and office operations. Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors and maintain a professional office environment Answer and route incoming calls and assist with client requests Coordinate client communications, appointment confirmations, virtual meeting links, and follow-ups Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling across team members Schedule and prepare client meetings and annual reviews Prepare meeting materials and coordinate required client documentation Follow up with clients regarding outstanding forms and information Maintain accurate client records and workflows within CRM systems Organize and archive confidential documents Manage electronic document workflows and e-signature processes Order and replenish office supplies and materials Coordinate vendors, equipment maintenance, repairs, and building-related needs Manage mail, packages, postage, and office logistics Coordinate meals, events, and meeting logistics Provide administrative and operational support to team members Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred Experience in administrative support, client service, hospitality, financial services, or office management preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and scheduling software Experience with document management platforms preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Client Service: Professional, personable, and service-focused approach Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication Technology: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM, DocuSign, and scheduling systems Professionalism: Reliable, adaptable, discreet, and able to exercise sound judgment #DHIR26 #J-18808-Ljbffr
