We are currently seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lakewood, NJ.

Description:

The Data Entry Clerk supports the Production Control and Manufacturing areas by entering data into an ERP system, maintaining control documents for regulatory purposes and communicating with all levels of associates regarding production data and postings.

Responsibilities:

As the Data Entry Clerk your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Data entry of manufacturing operations and production data into an ERP system
• Maintaining and filing production documents for regulatory purposes
• Tracking and verifying quality of data entry from all sources
• Drilling to root cause to determine and resolve production and data issues.
• Communicating with all levels of associates regarding production data and postings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in ERP data entry with demonstrated accuracy and swiftness.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other Windows based applications.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write legibly, and understand English
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and neat with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
• Ability to accurately file documents
• Reliable and thorough with good follow-through
• Ability to communicate and work well with all departments and all levels of management.
• Manufacturing knowledge and understanding of ISO policies and procedures helpful
• Experience with EPICOR a plus
