School Nurse Services Credential

To be eligible for a School Nurse Services Credential, you must have a bachelor's degree and an RN license.

All documents must be submitted online via Edjoin.org. Please do not send copies via e-mail, fax, or U.S. mail.

• Credential Copy (School Nurse Services Credential or copy of RN license and Bachelor's transcript)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 letters required)
