Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time/PRN
Location: Bluffton, IN

River Terrace Retirement Community is hiring a Part-Time/PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehab team at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting in Bluffton, Indiana. In this role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks through compassionate, hands-on care.

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals

• Provide direct occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and daily function

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation

• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in the state of Indiana

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
