Physical Therapist Center Therapy Director Concentra is inviting applications for the role of Physical Therapist Center Therapy Director at our center in Pompano Beach, FL. This full‑time position rewards excellence in clinical care, staff leadership, and quality improvement. Overview As Center Therapy Director you will be accountable for supervising, coaching and leading a team of PTs/OTs while delivering patient‑centered therapy that meets the highest care standards. You will also drive key performance metrics, champion operational efficiencies, and build strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payers. Responsibilities Spend 100% of time in the center providing direct patient care and demonstrating the Physical Therapy Guidebook & Perfect PT visit principles. Manage clinical center metrics (quality outcomes, therapist accountability, financial drivers: GRV, PI, new injuries, TAT) and drive improvement. Maintain compliance with State Practice Act, WC Regulations and other legal requirements. Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative, safe, and quality‑first culture. Work with DTO, CLT, COD, CMD to drive staffing, clinical workflow, and business development. Deliver patient‑focused therapy plans and early intervention for all cases. Engage employers, referral sources, and payer groups and maintain relationships with center clients. Utilize clinical systems for documentation, coding, charge capture, and care order follow‑through. Promote Orange Book values and staff development across the talent life cycle. Ensure timely responses to client and payer requests within 24 hours. Participate in meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning. Interpret and input on financial metrics to support the annual business plan. Champion center initiatives that align with company standards. Qualifications Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy or advanced degree (Doctor of Physical Therapy) from an accredited institution. Current licensure in Florida (or applicable jurisdiction). Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated clinical experience. Strong leadership, decision‑making, customer‑service, and communication skills. Evidence of clinical knowledge and commitment to Concentra’s occupational medicine philosophy. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and PHI regulations.
