We are currently looking for a Data Analyst who will build analytics that do not just record facts but drive decisions. Your insights will directly impact how the global product with 70M+ users develops—from audience analysis to performance evaluation.

In the team, you will have the opportunity to work with analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Products—people who are responsible for the data underlying key business decisions.

Your direct manager will be Oleksandra Ryzhova-Fomenko.

What challenges await you?

• Explore audience behavior and build analytics where it is not yet available—from scratch to a system that is actually used
• Automate the search for insights so that business teams respond faster rather than waiting for a report
• Raise analytical reporting to a level where it truly helps make strategic decisions at scale

Your impact:

• In finding insights that help scale the product for the global market
• In analyzing audience segments, funnels, and channels based on real data
• In building reporting that helps make decisions rather than just recording facts
• In automating processes to reduce routine and speed up team work

What is important to us?

• You have 2+ years of commercial experience in analytics and know how to turn data into business decisions
• SQL at a level where you do not just extract data—but optimize queries and understand how it affects speed
• Python + pandas—for analysis, automation, and visualization, not just for ticking boxes
• Statistical methods—you turn numbers into conclusions, not just describe data
• Experience with BI tools—you build reports that are read, not closed
• You present ideas to the team and do not shy away from complex business questions
