We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely technical support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex problems
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Escalate issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience in technical support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
