Senior Living Maintenance Director
Trustwell Living at River Run Place
Trustwell Living at River Run Place is seeking a Maintenance professional to lead all upkeep operations across our community. You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, guiding licensed workers as needed, and prepare apartments for new residents with painting and cleaning tasks. Daily site walkthroughs, budgeting, and inventory management are part of the role. Prior senior living or hospitality maintenance experience is preferred, with OSHA/Life Safety knowledge and a #J-18808-Ljbffr
