Shaka Taco is seeking to add members to our 45-person strong restaurant team. Located at Ironclad Golf and Beer Garden we host a fun and casual atmosphere that takes pride in serving our guests to the highest standard. The Kitchen Worker plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of a busy kitchen. As a member of a small team within a large kitchen staff, this position supports food preparation, sanitation, and proper food storage while frequently operating commercial kitchen equipment. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, the Kitchen Worker contributes to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality during regular shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation according to kitchen guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment
• Store food items properly to ensure freshness and safety
• Support line cooking operations during meal service
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
