Sales & Service (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales) The Sales & Service position is responsible for the sales, service and maintenance of tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. Primary Responsibilities Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires Attaching and rebalancing wheels Installing, rebuilding, and calibrating TPMS Washing tires and wheels Testing and installing batteries Using and maintaining equipment Assisting other employees Test driving vehicles Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services Providing excellent customer service and promoting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise Qualifications Valid driver’s license Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid‑pace environment Ability to lift weights between 35–75 pounds frequently Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, reach, walk, and stand continuously Pay and Benefits Salary range: $16.50–$28.00 per hour (full‑time positions after eligibility criteria are met) Quarterly bonus Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Company‑funded retirement plan Paid time off Short- and long‑term disability Employee discount Tuition assistance Higher minimum wage applies to applicable locations Equal Opportunity Statement Les Schwab is an equal‑opportunity employer.
