Job Description:

The ADMS Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and guidance for the overall ADMS/OMS project solution and implementation. The Technical Lead will own end-to-end technical delivery across all ADMS and OMS workstreams, including SCADA, Application, OMS, SOM, Network Modeling, Integrations, Testing, and related technical activities .

The role will serve as the primary technical escalation point, supporting project teams in troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring the solution meets client requirements, architectural standards, contractual requirements, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical solution for ADMS implementation projects across SCADA, OMS, SOM, Network Modeling, Testing, and Integrations.
• Provide technical leadership across all project phases, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ADMS/OMS technical issues in collaboration with solution vendors and project teams.
• Ensure technical and engineering integrity of the ADMS solution.
• Ensure the system is operationally ready and free of critical defects before cutover.
• Partner with the Project Manager to co-lead ADMS and OT projects from initiation through completion.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and System Development teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and vendor solutions.
• Coordinate technical activities across multiple project workstreams.
• Develop and enforce technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Support technical proposals and provide expertise across multiple projects.
• Communicate technical updates and project concerns to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the delivered solution complies with contractual scope and requirements.
• Maintain technical involvement throughout planning, implementation, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• 10 15+ years of technical leadership experience with ADMS or OMS implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of ADMS/OMS workstreams , including:
  • SCADA
  • OMS
  • SOM
  • Network Modeling
  • Application
  • Integrations
  • Testing
• Hands-on experience with GE Vernova e-Terra ADMS .
• Strong experience with DMS, OMS, and SCADA installations, configuration, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ADMS/OMS technical issues.
• Strong understanding of ADMS implementation and technical delivery.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong team-building and motivational skills.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
