Title: Technical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to coordinate and drive technology-focused projects and initiatives within our insurance organization. This role will oversee project delivery, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and resource coordination to ensure successful business and technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical coordination lead for low to moderate complexity projects and programs.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed, reviewed, and approved according to established schedules.

• Partner with business and technical teams to support process development and business readiness.

• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify, engage, and communicate with stakeholders while proactively managing risks and dependencies.

• Coordinate resources across multiple delivery partners, ensuring work is completed within approved scope and budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred where applicable).

• 0-2 years of project, program, or related experience.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; 3+ years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working within technology or business transformation projects is a plus.
