Responsibilities:

• Perform professional therapeutic massage sessions tailored to individual client needs
• Assess clients' soft tissue conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Apply a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques
• Maintain accurate client records and document session notes and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment goals and outcomes
• Uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
• Collaborate with other healthcare or wellness professionals as needed

Requirements:

• Active California Massage Therapy Certificate (CAMTC) required
• Proven experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a clinical or wellness setting
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, etc.)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and proprioceptive principles
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
