Pay Rate: $17.50/hr | Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Why you should apply to be a Return Packer:

What's a typical day as a Return Packer? You'll be:

• Packing returned or processed products for shipment based on work instructions and disposition requirements
• Verifying product accuracy, condition, and documentation prior to packing
• Labeling, staging, and preparing shipments for return to vendor, customer, or internal destinations
• Using warehouse systems and RF scanners to track inventory and update shipment status
• Ensuring proper packaging methods are used to prevent damage during transit
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies, missing items, or damaged goods
• Following standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate records of packing activities and system transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborating with returns, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflow
• Meeting productivity and accuracy targets for packing operations
• Performing additional duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a basic understanding of warehouse operations and shipping processes
• Have 0–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or related roles (preferred)
• Have experience with packing, labeling, and shipment preparation (preferred)
• Have familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices (preferred)
• Bring strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling returned goods
• Are able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and repetitive movement
• Can work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Possess strong reliability, a solid work ethic, and the ability to meet productivity standards
• Have basic problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues as needed
