We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.

Rooted in a deep technological focus, our challenges are both exciting and demanding and require top talent and motivation to be successfully pursued. We are growing our team and looking for those interested in pursuing this dream with us and joining an ever-developing journey.

The Role

We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who excel in craftsmanship and hands-on work to join our team. As an RFA (Campervan Maintenance Technician), you will be part of our Denver servicing team; your primary responsibility is to ensure our campervans are always well-maintained and in the best possible condition.

Depending on the depot, you will also take part in rental operations. This role is critical to keeping our fleet ready for the road, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys. If you enjoy hands-on repair work, like solving problems, having immediate impact on objectives, and are motivated to be part of a mission-driven team, we invite you to bring your expertise to our teams.

What Will You Work On?

Servicing:

• Conduct systematic inspections of vehicles, and diagnose issues across interior, appliance and exterior systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: minor exterior parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors); campervan spare-parts substitution and repairs; campervan appliance troubleshooting and repairs.
• Diagnose the cause of a fault before replacing parts, and decide - and clearly communicate - when a vehicle is genuinely ready to rent.
• Own your repair list from start to finish, adjusting it as urgent jobs come in without losing track of what was set aside.
• Keep all vehicle records, repair notes and parts consumption up to date in the fleet management system, every time.
• Keep tools, equipment and the work bay clean and organised
• Keep the spare-parts inventory organised - completing stock counts, and the reception and consumption of spare parts.
• Receive and collect shipments and supplies, organise them in storage areas, and register item consumption and new orders.
• Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, and coordinate the execution of vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams.

Depending on location, you will also be an active part of daily depot operations:

• Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customers
• Assist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outs
• Maintain depot equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot

Who Are We Looking For?

• 1+ years of hands-on repair, fitting or service work - campervans, caravans, boats, appliances, joinery, bodywork or similar. We care what you can fix, not which industry you fixed it in.
• Strong in at least one of interior fitting, appliance/systems repair, or exterior repairs - willing to learn the others.
• Confident with hand and power tools;
• Comfortable working from a repair list and adjusting your day as jobs come in.
• Fluent in working English.
• Eligible to work in North America, have a valid driving licence (category B), and feel confident enough to drive a campervan.
• Available on weekends and public holidays.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel, including the possibility of working abroad for specific periods depending on the project.
• Available for weekends and peak periods; comfortable on your feet around a depot for long periods, indoors and out, lifting 10–15kg.

The Indie Commitment!

• Being part of a young, fast-growing and innovative company where you make a difference.
• Career development opportunities in Field Operations and transition opportunities to our Offices in Lisbon, Mexico City or Manila.
• Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to you.
• Compensation package that includes Performance and Referral Bonuses.
• Free Road Trips, so you can experience Indie firsthand - trips around Europe, North America and Oceania.

We offer a base pay of $26.50 per hour + incentives
