Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients across orthopedic conditions and design individualized OT treatment plans to support functional goals
- Implement and adjust therapy programs, document progress, and determine appropriate discharge or referral plans
- Provide therapy interventions for a broad caseload, including pediatric clients, within an outpatient-focused clinic
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care plans, medical stability, and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, safety, and home programs; promote adherence and self-management
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record and adhere to compliance standards

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage a mixed outpatient ortho caseload with pediatric considerations
- Flexibility to work either 4x10-hour shifts or 8-hour days, based on candidate preference
- Ability to meet the start date and complete required compliance two weeks before start
- Travel-ready and capable of operating within a hospital-based outpatient clinic environment
