Move In Coordinator

Trustwell Living is seeking an organized and compassionate individual who enjoys assisting people during significant life transitions. As our Move-In Coordinator , you’ll play a vital role in making sure every new resident and their family feel welcomed, supported, and confident from the very first step. In this role, you’ll guide families through the move-in process, coordinating everything from paperwork and apartment readiness to warm welcomes and follow-ups. If you're a multitasker with a heart for seniors and a knack for customer service and sales, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do: Assist the Executive Director with contacting new leads and helping schedule tours Occasionally attend outreach events in the Clyde and surrounding community Assist and attend community prospect events Be the go-to contact for new residents and families from deposit to move-in day Coordinate apartment prep with our maintenance and housekeeping teams Ensure all move-in documents are complete, accurate, and meet state regulations Communicate clearly with department leaders to make move-ins seamless Create a personalized, warm welcome experience for every resident Follow up post-move-in to make sure everything feels just right What We’re Looking For: A people person with strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple move-ins at once Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, or property management is a plus Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems Someone who truly enjoys helping others and working as part of a team Why Join Us?
