Location: Phoenix, AZ; Onsite Monday—Thursday, WFH Fridays Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Typical Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility) Content Strategist – Senior Copywriter Description Our client, a Phoenix-based marketing agency, is expanding their team (~30 company-wide) and looking to add a Content Strategist to their office. This position is open following the promotion of their Senior Strategist to Executive Creative Director. You will play a lead role in developing and executing content strategies across a variety of channels, helping shape the strategy, write copy, build creative briefs, and understand why certain messaging, formats, and approaches will resonate with a specific audience. Content Strategist – Senior Copywriter Responsibilities Own content strategy across social, email, web, SEO, paid, and digital marketing channels Write and edit copy while shifting voice and tone across brands and audiences Turn business goals and audience needs into actionable content and marketing plans Develop briefs that give creative teams clear direction on messaging and execution Shape social strategy around platform behavior, audience interests, and current trends Incorporate SEO and AEO best practices into web and blog content Review work for strategic fit, brand voice, accuracy, and overall quality Use performance data and audience insights to identify opportunities for improvement Share strategic recommendations with clients and collaborate across internal marketing teams Content Strategist – Senior Copywriter Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (open to major) 3+ years of experience in content strategy and copywriting Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of voice and tone Experience developing content for organic social media or paid media campaigns Ability to use performance data to refine content strategy and demonstrate measurable results #J-18808-Ljbffr #twiceasnice Recruiting
