I am seeking dynamic insurance professionals for the office of Tye Strickland - State Farm Agent who are interested in helping my business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with growth potential. Responsibilities including but not limited to...
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements...
Sales experience (Insurance sales experience required)
TX Property and Casualty license required
TX Life and Health preferred (must be willing to obtain an agent's expense)
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5
This is not a remote position. Must be able to work in Colleyville Monday - Friday
