Physical Therapist (PT) – Acute Care Rehab

Location: Marinette, WI (3130 Shore Dr, 54143)

Facility Overview:

• 55-bed community hospital located one hour north of Green Bay
• Outpatient rehab center is 1.5 miles from the acute care facility
• Orientation: 1–3 days depending on comfort level
• Free parking available
• Scrub color: Business casual

Patient Population:

• Adolescents (5%) through Geriatrics
• Common cases include orthopedics, low back pain, hip/knee conditions, post-op, general neuro

Caseload & Support:

• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Team Support Includes:
• Other PTs
• PT Assistant

Required Skills & Experience:

• Certifications: BLS
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 year accepted
• First-time travelers wOur Companyome
• Skills Needed:
• Manual therapy
• Vestibular training (preferred, not required)
• Exercise therapy
• Mechanical traction
• Lite gait
• Blood flow restriction (training available)
• Charting: EPIC required

Schedule & Expectations:

• Weekend Rotation: None for inpatient, outpatient schedule once every 8 weeks
• On-Call: None
• Holiday Coverage: One summer and one winter holiday
• PTO: Up to 7 days approved
