In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through cancer prevention, screening, diagnosis, active treatment, survivorship, and palliative care, helping guide them through every stage of their journey. The position includes care coordination across both outpatient and inpatient settings, with hospital coverage at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford and occasional call responsibilities that support continuity of care.
