Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families. This role involves creating treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, or family settings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Stay informed on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as an LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C or LMFT
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused approaches.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Experience in mental health counseling, preferably in outpatient or community-based settings.
