Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $246947.00 - $300000.00 Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician Morgantown Metro Area | West Virginia A leading health system in West Virginia is seeking Family Medicine / Primary Care physicians to join a growing network of ambulatory practices surrounding the Morgantown metro area. This is an outpatient-only opportunity offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and minimal call. Practice Highlights:
- Ambulatory Family Medicine / Primary Care
- Full-scope FM (OB not required)
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Adult medicine focus across sites
- Minimal, phone-only call -1 week per quarter
- Competitive base salary with productivity incentive
- Quality Incentive - 1% of base salary per metric (6-7 quality metrics available)
- $20,000 sign-on bonus
- Training stipend available
- $10,000 relocation stipend
