Retail Asset Protection Investigator | Safety & Investigations

JCPenney is seeking a Shrink Investigator to observe activities, collect evidence, and conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and policy violations across stores. You will follow AP directives, document all stages, and report findings to Asset Protection leadership. The role requires 1+ years in retail or asset protection, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and willingness to travel to designated stores.
