About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Virtual Operations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its virtual care programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial success of these programs, ensuring exceptional clinical operations, client experience, provider engagement, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a leader who can build and maintain scalable operational processes, optimize client access to care, and manage P&L performance. The VP of Virtual Operations will also be involved in all aspects of team management, from hiring and training to performance reviews and coaching, and will work closely with various internal teams to enhance the telehealth platform and drive census growth. Applicants for the Vice President of Virtual Operations position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a counseling-related field or a BSN, with an active, unrestricted clinical license. A minimum of 7 years' progressive management experience in healthcare operations is required. The role demands excellent management, organizational, and financial skills, as well as proficiency in healthcare technology and business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, be adept at problem-solving, and demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
