Landscape Consultants (Account Managers) Landscape Consultants (Account Managers) play a key role in the success of our business. We are looking to add valuable LCs to our team. Responsibilities: Operations – Walk and inspect job sites with Operations Manager and crew. Set the expectations and monitor performance on the job site. Customer Service – Be proactive. Routinely check job sites, take pictures to show property managers, and resolve problems quickly. Always deliver what you promise. Sales – Enhancements, renewing contracts, work on budgets, help resolve any past‑due invoicing. You will be assigned a portfolio of commercial clients/properties to develop relationships with, suggest improvements, and retain. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the horticultural and/or landscape industry in the same or similar role. We are looking for a team player, self-driven, and motivated professional. Full‑time employment opportunities are available. The position requires a desire to work outdoors, knowledge of tree identification, pests and diseases, and practical experience in tree spraying, fertilization, and IPM. Applicants will apply control measures and fertilization applications to trees and shrubs on an independent basis for private and large corporate properties. Spray operator licensing desired. CDL and/or Arborist Certification is a plus. Certified Arborists LMC is seeking qualified Certified Arborists with BS degrees in forestry, urban forestry, or related fields. Positions require a valid driver’s license and a passion for trees and community stewardship. We offer a competitive benefits package and compensation. Climbers Climbers perform pruning, trimming, and removal on large trees, and may also prune shrubs and small trees. The role demands superior abilities, the ability to work independently, and a minimum of 1–2 years of field experience with good knowledge of tree trimming. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Positions include medical, dental, 401(k), and more benefits. Field Manager Supervises maintenance crews and corresponding commercial properties. Reports to the Branch Manager regarding scheduling, production, safety, capital assets, fleet management, estimating new business, training and coaching crew members, conducting performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
