Position Summary

We are seeking an early-career Medical Director (MD) to join our team. This is a hands‑on role in clinical development and operations, supporting the design, execution, and oversight of clinical trials for our lead program and future pipeline assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Safety teams to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to protocol development, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
• Review and interpret clinical data; assist in safety monitoring and medical review.
• Support interactions with investigators, KOLs, and regulatory authorities.
• Participate in cross‑functional team meetings and provide medical input on strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• MD degree (required) with U.S. medical licensure.
• Early‑career physician with interest in clinical development; prior industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of respiratory diseases or neonatal care preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (no relocation package).
• Bonus: Up to 20% based on performance.
