Job Description A well-respected client is seeking a TAX MANAGER due to the growth in their firm. Are you an experienced individual with a knack for numbers? Then look no further, because we have the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Tax Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tax associates while developing and implementing strategies to provide excellent client service. You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations.

Our client, a respected firm in financial services and public tax & audit, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager ready to take the next step on the shareholder track. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, fiduciaries, non-profits, and small businesses.
- Manage client relationships with clear communication and expert interpretation of financial records.
- Conduct advanced tax research to address complex planning and compliance issues.
- Supervise, develop, and coach staff to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
- Drive firm culture and contribute to business development initiatives.
What You Bring:
- CPA license is required; a Master’s degree in Tax is preferred.
- 10+ years of public accounting experience, especially in tax preparation and review.
- Strong general tax knowledge with specialization a plus.
- Proven leadership and client acquisition skills.
- Proficiency in UltraTax software.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak tax seasons.
