Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its team in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will defend and litigate a variety of employment-related claims and provide counsel on labor and employment laws. Duties Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges. Represent employers in court, before agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration. Provide advice on labor and employment laws and regulations. Requirements JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. 5+ years of litigation experience; employment law background preferred. Active NC bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly. Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active NC bar admission. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
