The Human Resources Coordinator supports recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations, including records management, benefits communications, and performance processes. You will serve as a liaison between field and state offices and assist with data tracking and reporting. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and onboarding of employees, including orientation and training; ensure all new hire paperwork is complete, including I9 documentation and certifications. Review safety management implementation and aid in delivering best practice across the organization. Maintain and review employee records to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards; provide copies of records to employees when requested. Serve as the HR liaison and communication channel between field and state offices. Set up and maintain confidential, sensitive files and records, ensuring efficient retrieval and that all necessary information is included in the employee personnel record. Support recruitment by posting job ads on the company site, external sites, newspapers, and college career services to attract qualified applicants; manage background check results and perform registry and license verification checks. Assist with paperwork related to job and salary changes, retention bonuses, and leaves of absence. Assist with open enrollment communications and respond to general pay and benefits questions, referring inquiries to the Benefits Information Center as appropriate. Refer employee relations issues to the HR Business Partner and keep the supervisor informed as appropriate. Assist with the performance review process as needed and comply with HR policies, directing questions to the immediate supervisor. Support management in developing new databases for tracking events and programs, and produce reports as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of related experience. Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
