Service Advisor

We are seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for clients during vehicle repairs and maintenance. The role involves greeting customers professionally, listening to concerns, inspecting vehicles, and accurately documenting service needs. The Service Advisor recommends services, promotes products, and provides clear quotes with cost and time estimates. They communicate updates, explain warranties, and follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include tracking returns, warranty parts, and adhering to company policies. Qualifications Include Valid driver’s license Ability to work at least 5 days per week Prior experience helpful but not required Professional appearance and process-driven mindset Skills: Excellent customer service, communication, documentation, sales, and organizational abilities. Compensation: Ranges from $70K to $90K annually, based on experience, with hourly pay and bonus opportunities.
