What You'll Be Doing As a Line Cook at Yamaguchi Ramen Bar, you’ll play a key role in delivering the authentic flavors and high-quality dishes our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards. Ensuring food is cooked and presented in a timely manner. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Assisting with food prep and inventory management as needed. Collaborating with the kitchen team to create a smooth and efficient workflow. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills. A passion for creating high-quality dishes and attention to detail.
