PT Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active, unrestricted PT license in Massachusetts
Current BLS certification
Rehab or long-term care experience preferred; new graduates are welcome
Strong communication, teaching, and clinical problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Conduct resident evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility interventions
Assess and support use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending adjustments as needed
Track patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
