Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianStokes Automotive Group seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across five commercial buildings. HVAC License a plus.Ability to work independently and manage multiple building locations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Work Environment:Position requires travel between five locations- in North Charleston, Goose Creek and Moncks Corner.May require occasional evening or weekend work for specific and/or urgent repairs.Moderate physical activity, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various indoor/outdoor conditions.
