WHAT WE NEED : Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Providing school-based speech therapy to an awesome group of students. A good mix of articulation impairments to students who are using AAC devices for functional communication
- Survive telling a 2nd grader "let's try that sound again" 14 times
- Manageable case loads with a ton of support, we let no one drown!
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff who actually respond to calls and emails
- Writing IEPs that make sense (and don't steal your soul or make you ugly cry)
- Making real progress with kids—and celebrating it.
- And the obvious Masters Degree and Active License to practice in NC
- Great WEEKLY pay and flexible schedule-who wants to be stuck in an office all day?
