• Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-call/Weekends: Not required

Summary:


We are seeking a passionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a patient-centered outpatient clinic in Perth Amboy, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing practice focused on orthopedic rehabilitation and high-quality individualized care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized physical therapy treatment to patients aged 15 to 90 with various orthopedic conditions
• Utilize advanced therapeutic technologies such as Shockwave and H-Wave therapy
• Collaborate closely with clinic leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Help support and shape the growth of the clinic with potential for leadership and profit-sharing
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional standards
• Participate in a supportive and team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• Experience or strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills
• Self-driven, flexible, and eager to work in a dynamic, growing environment
• Open to learning and using innovative treatment techniques
