Dr. Thomas Dietrich and his distinguished team at NEO Dental Implants & Oral Surgery are seeking an ambitious, highly skilled partner to lead a brand-new facility in East Cleveland, Ohio, opening mid-2027. Position Highlights
This opportunity offers a competitive compensation structure and immediate partnership with no buy-in necessary:
$550,000+ base salary with collection bonus

Candidate Requirements
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and confidently builds new relationships by proactively engaging with prospective referral Doctors
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligible licensure in Ohio
