University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a full-time, board eligible/board certified, Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP). High caliber, quality focused, innovative providers should apply to join our inpatient team of physicians to expand and provide care to local communities in West Michigan. Michigan Medicine and University of Michigan Health systems create an opportunity for program collaboration, and professional growth opportunities if desired. Provider will be performing full spectrum of ICU services for patients of a closed unit at UMHW. Candidate will need to coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive experience for all patients, families, and staff.

Critical Care team consists of 7 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers Level II Trauma Center 24/7 Hospitalist coverage 208 total inpatient beds; 17 bed ICU; mixed with medical, surgical (Cardiothoracic, Thoracic, General Surgery, Neurosurgical), Neurovascular Comprehensive Stroke Program with 24/7 Neuro-interventionalist Health system employed model, offering a highly market competitive compensation plan High volume surgical based hospital system No on-call requirements Expansive specialty service line network serving much of the West Michigan region and Lake Michigan shoreline Benefit package eligible Malpractice coverage CME/Paid Time Off Partnering team of specialists
