Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven Wine Club & Hospitality Associate to join our team. This role is part wine educator, part salesperson, part event host, and part professional memory-maker. You'll welcome guests, share the Breathless story, introduce visitors to our sparkling wines, and help turn first-time guests into lifelong members of the Breathless family.

No two days are exactly alike—which is part of the fun.

What You'll Do

Create Memorable Experiences

Welcome guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
Lead engaging wine tastings that are educational, entertaining, and never scripted.
Share the stories behind our wines, our winery, and the women who built Breathless.
Help guests celebrate everything from birthdays and anniversaries to "it's finally Friday."
Grow the Breathless Family

Introduce guests to our wine club and its benefits.
Build authentic relationships with members and visitors.
Assist with member communications, pickup events, and exclusive club experiences.
Help create the kind of experience guests can't wait to tell their friends about.
Support Sales & Operations

Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional hospitality.
Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
Assist with merchandising, inventory, and tasting room presentation.
Support winery events, special experiences, and occasional sparkling-wine-fueled celebrations.
What We're Looking For

Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Confidence talking with guests from all walks of life.
Sales experience is a plus, but personality and enthusiasm matter just as much.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Wine knowledge is helpful, but we can teach wine. We can't teach enthusiasm.
