As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities.We are seeking an experienced NP or PA with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will combine on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships with the facility, maintaining a patient-centered approach, and being a collaborative team player.
