Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Current state licensure as applicable to RBTs in Oregon
• Experience working in school environments (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Familiarity with one-on-one behavioral interventions
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to student growth
• Reliable, organized, and adaptable

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral support to students in accordance with Individualized Education Plans
• Implement evidence-based strategies under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Foster positive relationships to encourage student engagement and success
• Collect and document accurate data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and team collaborations
• Support teachers and staff in understanding and applying behavioral interventions
