Reports To: Senior Management and/or President Location: Anaheim, California Since 1977, Block Tops has specialized in custom design, fabrication and installation of high-quality Butcher Block and Solid Surface products. About the Role: Block Tops Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Installation Manager to lead and oversee our installation teams in Anaheim. This role is hands-on and requires a results-driven leader capable of managing people, projects, and product installations across a range of surfaces and materials. Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years' experience installing Block Tops productsProven ability to lead and supervise multiple employeesBilingual in English & Spanish (written and verbal)High school diploma or equivalentStrong mathematical, mechanical, and analytical skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesCommitment to ongoing personal and professional development (seminars, books, webinars, etc.)Key Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):Install and repair all Block Tops surfaces/productsMaintain inventory and ensure availability of install materialsConduct and document training sessions and safety meetingsHire, train, evaluate, and manage install team staffMeasure and template for all Block Tops offeringsAssign tasks based on team member performance and skillsEnsure compliance with OSHA and industry warranty guidelinesMaintain vehicle records and ensure proper equipment upkeepMaintain callback rate ? 5% and customer survey score ? 4.7Lead team staffing decisions (hiring, evaluations, terminations)Perform and teach plumbing disconnect/reconnect proceduresParticipate in bi-monthly huddles for forecasting and planningCoach installers on reducing callbacks and improving qualityClearly communicate directions from senior managementCarry out additional tasks as assigned by leadershipCompensation Package "Competitive Pay-$77K+ First-Year Package, Comprehensive Benefits, and Real Growth—Drive Your Future with Block Tops."
